Official Rules and Regulations

Full Handicap Tournament

All handicaps must be USGA maintained. Management reserves the right to verify before the tournament date. Cards must be current! You can not participate without a valid handicap.

Team Competition

Each team will consist of two persons actively involved in the hospitality industry. A team may consist of two planners, two suppliers or a mix.

Team Play

You and your partner must register as a team. Each player will play their own ball. No partner substitutions are allowed 15 days prior to tournament. Substitute’s handicap must be verifiable.

Scoring

All scores will be kept by an official score keeper with each team or by the other team in the foursome. All cards must be attested to and turned in immediately at the end of play. The staff PGA pro at the course will compile the scores and post the results and will make the final decision on both gross and net placing.

Course Assignment

Course and foursome assignments will be decided by tournament management unless otherwise noted. Tournament management does it's best to fulfill course requests by participating players.

Dunn's Run

The winning Gross teams (decided by verified scores by PGA pro on staff) will play #9 hole on the River Course for a total of $1,000 paid out to the winning two (2) man team.
